That isn't to say I'm taking full credit on the entire process (aside from the custom-music), but at least I'm happy now I can "sorta" make music that isn't all GXSCC-y, if you know what I mean. xD

at first I was using Mario Paint Composer, and then a friend recommended I tried Fruityloops.

Now I have Fruityloops (the demo version), and it works a little better on me than MPC. :)

the subject of the whole thing is just for the link in the description, and yet all I get are comments concerning the hands. 'w'

it's mostly a filler sprite that was going to be used for something else that ended up failing, so yah, the sprite's kinda pointless. xD
