just felt like drawing the best of both worlds. surprisingly I did it without any sketching whatsoever, so yah, this was ALL DONE on the COMPOOTER!!!!! :iconilikeplz:

and on a personal note, I like both equally, so try not to get too "OLD ROOLZ, NEW SUX!!!!!" and such, cuz I'm sick of hearing such childish remarks. =/

I simply can't wait for this game. Crappy or not I'm buying to just to play as 3D chubby sonic :D though they made him less chubby in video which annoyed me a tad cuz I know the reason is probably dumb and has something to do with "not wanting to encourage fatnes" :/ ugh. Anyway, Can't wait for this game and this picture is awesome :)

well I guess the loss in chubbiness was part of the process for making him 3-D.

I'm hoping it's that, although the new sonic looked a little chubby as well. ^^;

I just don't like when the media interferes with my games...=_=; I'm not gonna get fat because my favorite blue hedgehog is chubby. XD It just bothers me a tad ^^;

lol I kinda like this better than the trailer. XD They both look cool. Tho I still like the trailer cuz just the idea of them actually DOING it is cool. =P

cute yes. accurate.... kinda. xD

Sonic, old and new, both have many styles that a "specific design" to represent them is merely a choice. If you look at Sonic in the Teaser he looks like one of the artwork styles of Classic Sonic but not like how he actually looked in the games. He doesn't look like that in the Japanese official art or in the OVA either. lol

But what I meant by plushie is in the teaser he doesn't look real. It looks like modern Sonic is actually living and has a personality while Classic Sonic looks like a mindless magical toy running along side him. XD
